  • Reorders with no changes or minor changes usually ship within 1-2 weeks from final approval.
  • New orders or reorders with significant changes ship approximately 1-2 weeks from final approval.
  • Please plan in advance to allow plenty of time for fulfillment during peak seasons and holidays.

*Peak season: February - October

  • Call us toll free at 1-800-438-8726 to speak with a live operator and your call will be forwarded to a sales representative to place or complete your order.
  • Submit your copy and complete instructions, your logo, samples of your stationery or other materials in use, all artwork and photos, and a 50 percent down payment to begin production. If you have a rough layout of what you would like designed or any samples that have caught your eye, send them along too.
  • Please indicate all cropping and modifications desired on images submitted.

*Please keep a copy of all materials submitted for your records to make it easier to answer any questions that our staff may have upon receipt of your material.

  • You may contact us by phone, fax or email with your reorder information.
  • Please have your company name and contact information ready and if available your previous job number and name of your last G.A. Printing representative.
  • Full graphic design services - One of our designers will take your sketched out ideas, copy, photographs, logos, etc. and create an eye-catching product here in our facilities.
  • Scanning and color correction of your photographs (number of photos limited to size of card). You can send us your photographs prints, slides, transparencies, negatives or even film separations and our trained color correction specialist will scan your pictures and modify color levels where necessary.
  • E-proof (Online or Emailed JPEG or PDF)
  • Viewing large file sizes via our FTP
  • Premium color proof upon request
  • UV or Aqueous coating (if applies)
  • Recycled paper (if applies)
  • Stock Clip Art and Photography - Our designers have access to an extensive library of clip art and stock photography. If there is a particular image you would like included in your design just let us know and we'll be glad to search our database. Please note that although we have thousands of images we might not have what you are looking for. If this happens your representative can instruct you on where you may acquire harder to find images.
  • Freight
  • Artwork we create - Golf Associates and G.A. Printing will not supply our artwork to you or other vendors without a charge.
  • Major photo correction - We occasionally get requests to do major touch-up work to pictures. We have the capabilities to achieve exceptional results with photo correction. However, the time that is involved in this type of service makes it impossible for us to include it as part of our low price. If you have the need for this service, we can provide it for an extra charge. Please speak with your representative about pricing.

  • We send all of our proofs by email.
  • Upon request, we can send you a hard copy proof by mail.
  • There are several ways that you may make changes to your order. Keep in mind that whatever method you choose to relay your changes, you will need to allow ample time for Golf Associates to process them. Always follow up by phone with your representative to make sure we receive your materials whether you send the information in by mail, fax or email.
  • To make changes via email: You may send corrections directly to your salesperson or to a general mailbox from which changes will be forwarded. Please make sure you include your company name, contact person, your salesperson's name and job or order number if available.

  • You can approve your order by mail, email, or fax. Visit the Contact Page for a list of sales email addresses and phone extensions.
  • Please make sure to note any last corrections needed before printing.
  • We ship all orders FedEx Ground unless you request faster delivery (charges may apply). For specific shipping information and/or rates please call your sales representative.
  • All work created by Golf Associates/G.A. Printing remains the property of Golf Associates/G.A. Printing and can not be supplied to other vendors. Duplication of any form is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to use our designs for promotion and advertisement purposes. Additionally, any material submitted to Golf Associates/G.A. Printing for reproduction must be clear of any potential copyright infringement. It is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright clearance for materials submitted. Golf Associates/G.A. Printing will not be held liable for legal action arising from misuse of such materials.

Our Printing Specs

Submitting Artwork and Digital Files

If your project has already been designed and you would like to submit it to us for printing please check the Guidelines below for file compliance. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

  • Always provide contact information, the company you are with and what order the materials are to appear on.
  • Give your design at least .125 inch bleed and margin.
  • Please send all digital artwork in the CMYK color space at 300 dpi in TIF, EPS, PDF or JPG formats at the size to be used or larger.
  • If you desire a specific color, please provide us with the Pantone number or the CMYK breakdown.
  • When sending digital photos, bear in mind that to reproduce an image 4"x6", the resolution will need to be approximately 1800x1300 pixels. The smaller the resolution, the smaller your photo will be.
  • We CANNOT use images from web pages. To prepare a web image for print it must be reduced to 25% of its size. This usually renders the image too small for its intended purpose.
  • Send small to medium size files by email to (compress files as ZIP if needed to save sending time).
  • We can also read USB flash drives, CD's, DVD's, Zip disks, and other media by mail.
  • We accept copy by email as text in the body of the email, as a Microsoft Word document, or as a plain-text attachment.
  • We work on the Macintosh operating system and use up-to-date versions of the following publishing software: QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.
  • We cannot accept Microsoft Publisher or CorelDraw formats...please convert your files to be compatible with the software above.
  • We also have the following office software from which to "extract" photos or text (we will have to recreate your layout with our publishing software if you submit your files this way): Microsoft Office: Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Send font files (Mac or PC) or convert your fonts to artwork/curves/paths.
  • Always follow up by phone with your sales representative to ensure we received your information by mail, fax, or email.
